Path2Digital Ltd is a growing digital services company providing web design, WooCommerce & Shopify builds, CRM setups, and digital marketing. We’re looking for a flexible, part-time CRM Associate to support our internal use and client projects.
Role Overview
As a CRM Associate, you’ll help configure and maintain CRM systems such as Zoho, Perfex, or HubSpot. This is a remote, flexible role with no fixed hours – you’ll work on tasks/projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support CRM setup, customization, and data management.
- Create and manage workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Maintain data accuracy and reports.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and training.
- Work with the director and small team on project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one CRM system (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Perfex).
- Understanding of sales/marketing pipelines and reporting.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Comfortable with zero-hour contract work.
